We are not currently hiring to expand our facilitator team.

The people we are looking for are women or gender diverse adults who: 

  • Are deeply inspired by the opportunity and privilege to serve the young people of Australia

  • Are relatable to young people in regional Victoria and other lower socio economic areas

  • Have 2+ years of consistently and regularly facilitating and or working directly with young people, in particular teenage girls and gender diverse teens 

  • Are open to being coached and willing to self reflect

  • Take responsibility for themselves, their emotions and consistently step outside their comfort zone

  • Have a background in, qualified in or is currently studying areas including Mental Health, Rites of Passages, Emotional Intelligence, Psychology, Youth work, Social work  - Preferred, not required. 

  • We encourage individuals with disability, from LGBTQIA+, Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander and Culturally and Linguistically Diverse backgrounds to apply

  • Hold a valid Working With Children Check & Youth Mental Health First Aid Certificate. This is a mandatory requirement of this position and will be required prior to commencement

  • Hold a valid drivers licence & car
