The people we are looking for are women or gender diverse adults who:
Are deeply inspired by the opportunity and privilege to serve the young people of Australia
Are relatable to young people in regional Victoria and other lower socio economic areas
Have 2+ years of consistently and regularly facilitating and or working directly with young people, in particular teenage girls and gender diverse teens
Are open to being coached and willing to self reflect
Take responsibility for themselves, their emotions and consistently step outside their comfort zone
Have a background in, qualified in or is currently studying areas including Mental Health, Rites of Passages, Emotional Intelligence, Psychology, Youth work, Social work - Preferred, not required.

Hold a valid Working With Children Check & Youth Mental Health First Aid Certificate. This is a mandatory requirement of this position and will be required prior to commencement
Hold a valid drivers licence & car
