Full Day Workshop
Our Full-day workshops offer immersive opportunities to deep dive into selected topics, equipping young people with foundational knowledge and practical tools to support their personal growth and development.
These workshops are structured around your timetable over a whole school day.
With up to 35 students per workshop, we can run multiple groups simultaneously to accommodate larger cohorts.

Self Awareness & Identity guides participants in developing self-awareness, expressing their true selves with confidence, and nurturing meaningful connections through a focus on identity, values, and empathy.

Our 'Healthy Relationships' workshop empowers participants to understand healthy relationships, set and communicate personal boundaries, and cultivate trust and empathy through meaningful interactions.

Our Confidence in Leadership workshop helps participants embrace their unique strengths, develop authentic leadership skills, and harness their power to create positive change and impact within their communities.
Modules
Modules offer schools a meaningful way to initiate conversations on key topics relevant to young people. With small group sizes, these sessions provide focused, personalised learning while encouraging engagement and exploration.
Designed for flexibility and impact, short modules fit seamlessly into school schedules, spanning two class periods, with up to 45 students per module.

Our 'Body Image' module explores the influences on body image, equips participants with tools to build confidence and a positive relationship with their bodies, and celebrates diversity through shared experiences in a supportive environment.

These 60-minute sessions are designed to inspire and educate large audiences that blend storytelling and interactive elements to leave lasting impressions on students, offering schools a powerful, time-efficient way to bring essential conversations into their communities.
